8.0 DECLARATION AND AGREEMENT (TO BE COMPLETED BY THE APPLICANT)

ASMEC COLLEGE registered under Business Number CG007020124 in Tamale and operating under the trading name ASMEC COLLEGE, welcomes your application for admission. Before registering, please read and understand the following terms and conditions. By signing this form, you agree to abide by all terms as outlined below:

1. Compliance with School Rules and Regulations: All students must comply fully with the school’s rules, policies, and code of conduct. Any act of indiscipline or misconduct may lead to disciplinary action, including suspension or dismissal from the school.

2. Academic Diligence: Students are expected to take their studies seriously and attend all classes and official activities regularly and punctually.

3.Submission of Academic Credentials:Applicants must submit copies of their BECE certificates and certified true copies of WASSCE certificates for verification and examination purposes

4. Initial Fee Payment:A minimum of 80% of the total tuition and related fees must be paid at the time of registration. No student will be officially enrolled without this initial payment.

5. Full Fee Payment Deadline:Full payment of all fees must be made before the deadline for biometric registration. Failure to do so will result in automatic deferral of your admission to the next academic year.

6. Other Mandatory Fees:Students are responsible for all additional charges including: Classes fees, Hostel or accommodation fees (if applicable) and any administrative or incidental fees as may be communicated by the school

7. Non-Refundable Policy:All payments made to the school are strictly non-refundable, regardless of withdrawal or non-completion of the program.

8. Academic Integrity:ASMEC College maintains a zero-tolerance policy for academic dishonesty. Cheating, collusion, or any form of malpractice in examinations is strictly prohibited. The school does not promise or facilitate answers or unfair assistance during exams.

9. Withdrawal Policy:Voluntary withdrawal from the school after registration or payment of fees will not entitle the student to a refund under any circumstance.

10. Health Insurance Requirement:All students are required to possess a valid and active National Health Insurance Card (NHIS) or approved private health insurance before reporting to school.

11. Attendance and Participation:Regular attendance and active participation in academic and extracurricular programs are compulsory. Failure to attend classes without valid reasons may affect your academic standing

12. Changes to Terms:The school reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions, with proper notice given to affected students.
